At Magic Mountain Retreat in Ibiza we offer three different courses which are aimed at helping you restore your body's balance while you escape the urban pressures and relax in a tranquil hideout like no other.
The Fasting and Detox courses focus on cleansing the body while the GI Diet is designed to enable you to integrate a new way of eating into your daily life which will help keep the body cleansed and less burdened. All courses at the retreat are a week long (7 nights) and include a daily session of morning exercises and three 90-minute yoga sessions per week.
The invigorating morning exercises are part of every programme at Magic Mountain Retreat and are taught by Ute Wood who supervises the courses. The routine has been found to be very successful in stimulating the body and awakening the senses for the day ahead. The exercises focus on breathing regulation, are easy to follow and once learned a great addition when you return to your normal daily life as they can even be compressed into a 10 minute routine.
The number of guests is limited to a maximum of 6 to ensure a personal and quiet atmosphere. The yoga and exercise sessions are taught in groups of a maximum 3 guests so that individual care and attention can be provided.
